Introduction

​I focused on micro/nano-scale fabrication of compound semiconductors in Ph.D. course. In addition, I worked for micro LED display in SAMSUNG Display. I would like to focus the research for micro/nano optoeletronic devices and epitaxial growth of III-nitride and oxide by using MBE in future.
