Huafan Zhang
International Visiting Student

Introduction
Huafan Zhang is currently an international visiting student at Photonics Laboratory in the Division of Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering (CENSE) at King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST). She is an undergraduate student at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). During this period at UESTC, she worked as a team member in Prof. Xiaobin Niu group and focus on theoretical simulation on epitaxial growth of semiconductors using finite element method (FEM). Currently her research area focuses on nanostructured GaN-based semiconductor materials and photoelectrochemical water splitting.
