Cristian Hernandez
Photonics Summer Camp (PSC) visiting student.
Introduction
Cristian E. Hernández Cely is a MS in Physics student at Universidad Industrial de Santander, Santander, Colombia. His current research is about theoretical and experimental statistical optics, He is studying the depolarization of partially polarized light and the polarization dynamics on Poincaré sphere for future applications in Quantum Key Distribution systems.
He is a Visiting Student in the Photonics Summer Camp (PSC) at KAUST from July to August 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Boon Ooi, working with Dr. Paulraj in the design of an artificial leaf for solar-driven ammonia production via photo-electrocatalysis
